At PlayAura LLC we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase as it outlines our position on refunds for digital goods.

Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that they cannot be returned once delivered:

• ALL SALES OF DIGITAL GOODS ARE FINAL
• We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been delivered
• This includes in-game currency, virtual items, game credits, and gaming accounts

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances

• Product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase and you have not received it
• Product delivered is materially different from its description on our website
• Duplicate charge was made for the same order
• Technical error on our end resulted in an incorrect charge

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above

• Email us at info@playaura.gg within 48 hours of your purchase
• Include your order number in the subject line
• Provide proof of purchase
• Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
• Include any relevant screenshots or evidence

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

We take chargebacks very seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:

• Your account will be immediately suspended
• All pending orders will be cancelled
• We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery
• You may be permanently banned from using our services

If a refund is approved

• Credit and debit card refunds: 5 to 10 business days
• Cryptocurrency refunds: 1 to 3 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
