All products sold by PlayAura LLC are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

By using our services you confirm that

Upon successful payment

• Digital products will be delivered electronically within the timeframe specified on the product page
• Delivery is typically instant or within 24 hours depending on the product
• Delivery is made to the email address or account details provided at checkout
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information

PlayAura LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is required in full before delivery of digital goods
• We accept credit cards, debit cards via Stripe, and cryptocurrency via Binance Pay
• All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases

Due to the nature of digital goods

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds on digital products once delivered.
• If a product is not delivered within the stated timeframe you are entitled to a full refund
• If a product delivered is materially different from its description you may request a replacement or refund
• Refund requests must be submitted to info@playaura.gg within 48 hours of purchase
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we believe abuse or fraud has occurred

To request a refund email info@playaura.gg with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the request.

You agree NOT to use our services for

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations
• Purchasing digital goods for resale without our express written permission
• Using stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other customers
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our website or systems
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or discounts
• Any activity that violates the terms of service of third party gaming platforms

All content on playaura.gg including logos, text, graphics, images, and software is the property of PlayAura LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Use our brand name or logo without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our content

Our website integrates with third party services including Stripe for payments and Binance Pay for cryptocurrency transactions. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. PlayAura LLC is not responsible for the actions or policies of third party service providers.

• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• Our website is free of viruses or other harmful components

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYAURA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlayAura LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our services
• Your violation of any third party rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity by you

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
